This website is operated by The Sugar Art Fairy. Throughout the site, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to The Sugar Art Fairy. By accessing or purchasing from our site, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Products & Services

We offer:

  • Custom cakes and confections (inquire directly)

  • Signature Confections available for online purchase

  • Digital downloads (eBooks, pictorials, Academy waitlist materials)

  • Cake decorating supplies (glitters, fondant, sprinkles, stencils, etc.)

All products are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued without notice.

3. Order Policy

For all physical orders:

  • Full payment is required at checkout unless otherwise stated.

  • Shipping rates and times are calculated at checkout.

  • Custom cake orders require a separate inquiry and approval process.

  • Digital downloads are final sale and delivered via email or user account.

For custom cakes:

  • A retainer is required to reserve your date.

  • Retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Digital Content

All digital products (eBooks, pictorials, Academy content) are protected by copyright and intended for individual use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing is strictly prohibited.

5. Pricing & Availability

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders at our discretion. In the event of a pricing or product error, we reserve the right to correct it and contact you before processing.

6. Shipping

We currently ship confections and supplies within the U.S. only. Custom cakes are not available for shipping. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of our products:

  • Custom cakes: All retainers and payments are non-refundable.

  • Signature confections: Final sale unless item arrives damaged.

  • Digital products: No refunds or exchanges once downloaded.

  • Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.

8. User Submissions

If you submit images, reviews, or testimonials, you agree we may use this content in marketing materials or social media. We will never share your personal details without permission.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, product names, designs, and written materials are the intellectual property of The Sugar Art Fairy. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our website or products, including but not limited to allergies, delays, or misuse. It is your responsibility to review ingredients and storage instructions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved through small claims court or arbitration within Bexar County, TX.
